For standard factory stock, we deliver within 15 days after confirmation. For OEM orders, the delivery time is approximately 35 days.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
OEM brands require an MOQ of 500pcs. Factory brand orders require 200-300pcs depending on the specific model.
Can I request samples for testing?
Yes, we provide one or two free samples with freight collect. If an order is subsequently placed, the sample cost will be credited to the order.
What is the warranty period for this product?
We provide a 12-month guarantee and include 2% free-of-charge easy-broken spare parts with the shipment.
