We have no strict MOQ as our production is flexible. You can place a sample order for 1-10 pieces, which can be shipped within 72 hours. Bulk orders of 100pcs or more qualify for better pricing.
2. Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We can design logos and packaging for orders as small as 50 pieces. For completely new designs involving custom body frames or colors, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces as we aim for long-term cooperation.
3. What kind of after-sales support do you offer?
We provide a 1-year after-sale guarantee for local customers. For overseas customers, we provide accessories equivalent to 1-2% of the total bulk goods value as support.
4. Can I get a free sample?
We do not offer free samples to new customers. However, for established customers, we can provide free samples for new styles or spare parts.
5. Do you also supply the nails for these nailers?
Yes, we supply nails compatible with our nailers and offer bulk customization. We can also provide some free nails for testing purposes with your nailer purchase.
6. What is the typical lead time for orders?
For quantities between 1 and 100 pieces, the lead time is approximately 10 days. For larger orders exceeding 100 pieces, the delivery schedule is subject to negotiation.
