For our standard brand, the minimum order amount is $5,000 for mixed items. For OEM (private brand) services, the MOQ is 300-500pcs per item.
How can I obtain a sample?
Samples are available. While sample costs and air delivery fees are required upfront, they are eligible for a refund upon the placement of your first official order.
What is the compatibility of the cordless tools?
Our cordless tools are designed on a unified battery platform, compatible with 20V or 40V batteries (2.0AH or 4.0AH).
What are the expected production timelines?
Stock items typically take up to 14 days. For new production, the lead time is approximately 45 days, excluding holidays.
What transportation options are available?
The primary choice is cost-effective sea freight. Air cargo is also available for urgent delivery requirements.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, or other methods as negotiated.
