What are your payment terms?
We accept L/C at sight, T/T (30% deposit and 70% against the copy of BL), and OA with sinosure insurance.
What is the expected delivery time?
For factory brands, we deliver within 7 days after order confirmation. OEM brands typically take 7 weeks after confirmation.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
OEM brands require 300 PCS. For factory brands, the MOQ is 1 CTN depending on the specific model as we maintain stock.
Are samples available for testing?
Yes, we can provide one or two pieces as samples with freight collected.
What is your product warranty term?
We provide a one-year guarantee for the machine. Additionally, we offer 1% F.O.C. easy-to-wear spare parts for full container orders.
