1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have a strict MOQ. For sample orders, we can ship 1-10 pieces within 72 hours. Bulk orders of 100 pieces or more qualify for better pricing.
2. Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
Yes. We provide basic OEM services (logo and packaging) for orders starting at 50 pieces. For completely new designs including body frame and colors, the minimum quantity is 1000 pieces.
3. What kind of after-sales support do you provide?
We offer a 1-year after-sales guarantee. For overseas customers, we provide support including replacement accessories equivalent to 1-2% of the total value of the bulk goods.
4. Can I get a free sample?
We do not offer free samples to new customers. However, for long-term partners, we provide free samples for new styles or essential spare parts.
5. Do you supply the nails for these nailers?
Yes, we provide the appropriate nails for our nailers and support bulk customization. We can also include free nails specifically for testing the equipment.
6. What is the typical lead time for orders?
For quantities between 1 and 100 pieces, the lead time is approximately 10 days. Larger orders require negotiation based on production schedules.
