We have no strict MOQ. You can order 1-10 pieces as a sample order (shipped within 72 hours). For bulk orders of 100pcs or more, we offer more competitive pricing.
2. Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We can design logos and packaging for orders as small as 50 pieces. For completely new designs (custom color, body frame, etc.), the MOQ is 1000 pieces for long-term cooperation.
3. What kind of after-sales support do you offer?
We provide a 1-year after-sale guarantee for local customers. For overseas customers, we provide accessories equivalent to 1-2% of the bulk goods' value as support.
4. Can I get a free sample?
We do not offer free samples to new customers. For existing customers, we can provide free samples for new styles or free spare parts.
5. Do you supply nails for the nailers?
Yes, we supply nails for our tools and offer bulk customization. We can also provide free nails for initial tool testing.
